Your Roadmap to Become a Coach

Coaching as a profession is growing exponentially.  More and more people want someone to guide and partner with them to help develop real strategies so that they can not only reach long-desired goals, but also create and achieve new visions -- visions that tap into their true potential at work and home. The "someone" they are seeking to partner with is a Certified Core Energy(TM) Coach.

Through the iPEC training, you not only learn a professional skill set and attain your Core Energy Coach Certification, but you’ll find a new way of life as well – a way of life that fully enables you to tap into all of the experience, passion, and wisdom you have to share. By doing this, you most effectively assist others in unlocking their potential and, in the process, unlock yours as well. At iPEC, you don't just learn how to coach, you become a coach.

As a coach trainee, you will first attend the Life Potentials Training (a.k.a. Module I), the prerequisite to taking the rest of the coach certification training program.  This first important module builds your coaching foundation on firm bedrock.  You not only begin to learn powerful coaching skills, principles and exercises; but you will also experience the power of all that you are learning as a client in the process.

In doing so, they help their clients transform their lives, careers, and organizations from the very core.

After the Life Potentials Training, you’ll progress into Module II: Core Transformation, Module III: Breakthrough Coaching, and then move on to the unique and powerful Energy Leadership: Coaching Mastery module. 

You see, we know that in becoming a coach, it’s not enough to simply get your certification.  It’s about mastering the most powerful, cutting-edge and breakthrough skills that are available today.  That’s why at iPEC, you will go through Module II and Module III to learn advanced coaching skills and complete your industry-standard certification, and you won’t stop there.  You’ll progress into our graduate level program - included with your tuition – to achieve coaching mastery as you learn the transformational work of Energy Leadership, the extraordinary coaching process made famous by our founder, Bruce D Schneider, in his bestselling book Energy Leadership. 

By taking the complete and fully accredited curriculum, you’ll actually receive two full certifications that are designed to establish you a master coach.  You won’t need any additional training after this program; in fact, you’ll have received enough training hours to qualify as a Master Credentialed Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (you still need the client hours of course, although we help you with that as well!).
