You can get trained and certified in the Energy Leadership Index and Development System as part of a 3-day program called the Energy Leadership Mastery Intensive.
The EL Mastery Intensive is about training you, as a leader, to help train and coach others as leaders. You will be able to better understand your clients and/or employees' situations, motivate and engage them, and help them create dramatic shifts in their lives more quickly than either you or they can imagine. You'll master the concepts of energy and the 7 levels of leadership, and learn how to use the Energy Leadership Index assessment and deliver a powerful debrief. You will also be trained in delivering the full Energy Leadership Development System.
