Tuesday, July 8, 2008 - Proud Mary (Grace)
Purpose and play. To many, these two words may appear completely unconnected, but spend even a little time with Grace Cangemi, and you will find they mesh together perfectly.
Though an only child, and the center of her parents' world, Grace's own focus has always leaned towards serving others. Far from being a martyr, she consistently finds a way to keep fun in as an integral part of the picture.
Whether it's helping clients get the best mortgage deal, putting together a series of concert events that collects over 80,000 toys for young victims of Hurricane Katrina, or battling to preserve the character of the town in which she lives, Grace maintains a shimmer about her because she is doing things that feed her soul and fascinate her mind.
Listen in and learn how to shine your own light.

How often do you get to sit down with a champion? Willa Edgerton Chisler recipient of the Region II U.S. Small Business Minority Business Champion, and founder Symphony Coaching, LLC, is a powerful force in the lives of those she touches, but even with a great strength of personality and wealth of accomplishment, she too experiences her own doubtful moments, when she is tested by the world and by herself.

Tuesday, August 19, 2008 - It's All About the Questions
For more than 30 years, Patricia and Kurt Wright have pursued the question “What are we like at our vey best?” This question led to their study and work with visionary leaders, individual outstanding performers, and high performance teams. One of the greatest, most important discoveries from this work is the importance of questions for putting people on roll and keeping them there.
We create surplus energy whenever we ask right questions. This energy, combined with the insights that produced it, can be used to build our self-esteem and put our life on a roll. Right questions will also energize the Law of Attraction and make it come alive in your life.
On August 19th, join Patricia and Kurt as they sit down with Bruce Schneider to explore right questions – what they are, how they work, and how to effectively put them to work in your life – especially in putting yourself on a roll.
Tuesday, September 2, 2008 - Curiouser & Curiouser
What are the questions, and who has the answers? This query had governed Janet Wigfield's career from the start. The former English teacher and video producer now puts her inquisitive nature to work as Vice President of Content for Working Mother Media/Diversity Best Practices (owner of Working Mother Magazine, and the national Association of Female Executives).
These days it is her mission to decide upon the topic(s) for conferences and events nationwide. The audiences are different every time, and by never making assumptions about what this or that industry/demographic will want, Janet is able to keep every event ever-evolving and ever-fresh.
Join Bruce and Deb as they sit down with Janet to discuss her successes, her challenges, and the lessons she has learned from both along the way there.
Retraction:
We would like to apologize to our readers for a misprint which appeared on our website from August 21st to September 4. The announcement, advising of an upcoming E-Factor interview with Janet Wigfield of Working Mother Media, inadvertently included a misstatement that Working Mother Media also owned the “National Association of Working Mothers.” The correct statement should have read that "Working Mother Media owns the National Association for Female Executives." The National Association of Working Mothers, a not for profit organization founded by Netherland Washington, is not affiliated with Working Mother Media or the National Association for Female Executives. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Tuesday, October 14, 2008 - A Woman of Influence
For Lizabeth Phelps, the path to her current success has been windy, challenging and thrilling. Ten years ago, she was a stay-at-home mom with aspirations of being a bestselling novelist, but things changed suddenly when, after reading one book in 6 days, she left behind a “good enough” marriage, and set out to change the world.
Now, as president of Inspired Leadership Training, a consulting and training firm specializing in brain-based communications, she's doing just that. Based on the latest neuroscience, Lizabeth leads her highly popular public speaking trainings that teach a “new model” of speaking - one which goes far beyond typical “platform skills”, and into an advanced skill set for becoming a “teacher” and powerful “influencer”.
Lizabeth joins her good friend, Bruce Schneider, to discuss her success journey, why this is a pivotal time in history for all of us; and why she encourages everyone to "leave the pack" for unprecedented personal and professional success.

Tuesday, November 11th: On Every Level
One can safely say that Dr. Nick Hall is no stranger to dealing with stress, change, and making difficult choices. After working his way through college wrestling alligators and milking rattlesnakes, he worked as an intelligence-operative for the U.S. Government, led a National Geographic-sponsored expedition to the West Indies to study mass-stranding behavior in whales, and endured both the Marxist revolution in Grenada and the La Soufriere volcano eruption in St. Vincent.
For over 20 years as a medical scientist and professional speaker, he has conducted groundbreaking studies linking the mind and body. His research has been published in over150 periodicals, and featured on shows including 60 Minutes, the BBC’s Nova series, and the Emmy Award-winning program Healing and the Mind, aired by PBS.
On this E-Factor the author of Change Your Beliefs, Change Your Life, Optimal Health, and I Know What To Do, So Why Don’t I Do It? joins The E-Factor to discuss how beliefs not only shape your perception of the truth, but how they have an impact on every aspect of your life, and what you can do about it.
