About Your Host and Speaker:

Michele Knight is the Midwest Regional Director for the iPEC Coach Training School. Through her own personal coaching work, Michele focuses on helping overwhelmed and overextended small business owners manage the changing needs of their growing businesses while improving their quality of life.

Michele has 13 years experience working with and developing small businesses. Her experience ranges from network marketing, to retail, to professional service businesses.

Michele received her coach training from iPEC and has also received training in Emotional Intelligence, which has been found to be a key factor in developing leadership and interpersonal skills within a company. She is the Past-President of the International Coach Federation - Chicago Chapter and former President of Chicago Coaching Alliance.
