He found himself overtired, overworked, and overwhelmed. He knew that he needed to find a better balance between his everyday responsibilities and his own self-care. Michael realized that he was letting his feelings of guilt and frustration stand in the way of creating a happy, balanced life. He discovered the importance of self-care-and wanted to share that message to help others. That’s when he found iPEC. Today, Michael is a Certified Professional Coach, a consultant, and a five-figure author of The Accidental Caregiver’s Survival Guide: Your Roadmap to Caregiving Without Regret. Just one year after graduation, in addition to coaching his clients, Michael has appeared on TV, served as keynote speaker at several conferences, and headlined over 20 workshops.
