The Pathway to Powerful & Lasting Change
What is Coaching?
An extraordinary and unique relationship designed to create a
significant impact and sustainable
results in all areas of a
person’s life.
Coaching is a powerful process uniquely designed to create
lasting change. Coaching is also a profession,
and one that
offers highly qualified experts the opportunity to experience career
fulfillment as well as financial security. Because of the
extraordinary benefits of the coaching relationship to both client
and coach, it’s no wonder that the demand has never been greater for
great coaches.
It’s Not Consulting. It’s Not Counseling.
Coaching offers a distinct advantage over business consulting.
Business consultants typically use their
specific knowledge and
prescribe a course of action to achieve an objective. They TELL the
client what needs
to be done and they may even do the work that is
required.
While consulting is about the consultant delivering the right
answers, coaching is about asking the right questions while
empowering clients to create their own customized and personal
solutions and become the
drivers of their own success. Through
improved communication, focus and accountability, coaching
dramatically increases clients’ capacity to accomplish better
results on their own. Coaching does not deliver a single solution –
it permanently increases the client’s own ability to repeatedly
develop solutions.
Coaching is not counseling. Counseling aims to heal mental
and psychological issues and often examines PAST events. It usually
centers on diagnosing a ‘problem’ that needs to be addressed.
Coaching involves no such diagnosis and in fact, coaches only see
opportunities, not problems. Coaches shift the focus from “why” to
“how.” Coaching is very results oriented, maintaining a focus on the
current situation and actively developing plans for the FUTURE.
Counseling focuses on helping people to live functional lives.
Coaching focuses on helping functional people live extraordinary
lives.
And Now, the Difference Between Coaching and Great Coaching!
The iPEC Advantage… Combining the Best of Many Fields to Produce
Outstanding Results
Now you understand that coaching isn’t consulting, and it isn’t
counseling. But there’s even a difference between coaching
methods – and in the results they deliver!
All coaching works to some extent, but iPEC’s proprietary
Core Energy Process takes coaching to a whole new level. The
difference between great coaching and average coaching (much less
poor quality coaching) is similar to the difference between a
concert violinist and someone who’s just beginning to play. Both
play the same instrument – but the quality of the music is
noticeable to anyone. iPEC coaches are master coaches – and the
difference can be found in the results that their clients achieve.
In fact, one reason that the Core Energy Process is so effective
is that it draws upon what works well in consulting and counseling
and other helping modalities, and combines them into a process
that’s incredibly effective
and transformational.
-
Holistic. Consulting is great at giving clients answers
to specific challenges in only ONE aspect of a client’s life.
iPEC coaches recognize that everything is connected, and that
making a change in one area without considering the effect of
that change in other aspects of life doesn’t give the best
chances for success. The Core Energy Coaching process
explores the intricate and always changing HOLISTIC perspective
of every client’s life.
-
Future-Focused. Counseling and therapy work on healing
past issues. The past can’t be ignored – after all, what
happened in the past makes clients who they are today. iPEC’s
Core Energy Coaching Process helps clients “visit” the past in
order to identify and remove barriers to taking positive action,
something that many individuals accomplish only after years of
therapy. iPEC coaches make clients aware of how the past
shapes the present – and helps them to move to the future they
desire.
Earnings | From $150 – $500+ per hour, what will YOU earn as a Certified
Professional Coach? |
One key question everyone always asks is “What can I earn as a
coach?” Right now, certified coaches are being hired by Fortune
1000 companies, federal and state government, small businesses,
athletes, professionals, couples, groups, families, parents,
teachers, and even teens. As a result, experienced life coaches are
earning an average of $77,000 per year, and experienced
corporate/business coaches are earning an average of $134,800 per
year. Source:

These are the averages – the middle of the bell curve. As you think
about becoming a coach, ask yourself:
-
Where do I likely fall on that curve?
-
In the past, when I have been fully engaged in a pursuit that aligns
with my purpose and values, do I tend to be only an average
performer? Or, above average?
-
As I am being drawn to coaching, how do I develop my existing
strengths and skills with those necessary to build a successful
practice and become a highly sought after coach?
-
How can I specialize to really make a difference and great living in
my new profession?
The answers to all these questions will change the course of your
life. You have a calling. And it’s now time to answer it…

Business and executive coaching is a great market to be in
right now. Not only does coaching capitalize on my
experience and allow me to do something I love doing, but
executives and entrepreneurs need and want coaching more than
ever. They are faced with challenging times and are looking for
a trusted partner who can help them steer their careers and
organizations. My business and executive coaching practice has
jumped rapidly to earning more than $20,000 a month, and I’m now
hiring additional coaches to work with me.”

Putting Your Talents to Use
You can take your existing talents and channel them to create
true significance in the lives of others. Your talents may steer
you to achieve that kind of mastery through Life Coach Training,
Corporate Coach Training, Small Business Coach Training, or
Executive Coach Training.
You already know what it takes to be successful in many aspects
of your life. What you’re looking for is the right methodology
to be able to use this experience and draw on all your talents to
help your clients get the absolute best out of themselves. So let’s
talk about where personal and professional success comes from.
What you may have already realized from your career and life
experience is that some people are nearly always successful in what
they do, while others seem to struggle along constantly – despite
both sets of people having similar backgrounds, experiences, skill
sets and resources. As you begin to study success and what creates
results, you learn that the difference between these two groups of
people is basically the ability to identify what areas they need to
strengthen, change or transform – and then to make it happen. This
ability is dependent on 5 factors.
The 5 Building Blocks of Transformative Change
To achieve the kind of success they desire, individuals can develop and
strengthen these 5 characteristics through the Core Energy Coaching process, a
method pioneered and taught only by iPEC.
-
Awareness – meaning how aware they are of their
own self (understanding how they think, behave and come to
believe what they do), as well as how others come to think,
feel and act in the way that they do.
-
Core Thoughts – meaning that they are driven by
consciously chosen values, guiding principles and beliefs
that focus their attention immediately on solutions, on
taking responsibility, on moving forward, on helping others
and in seeing the purpose in all situations. If they
experience challenges, they check and shift their core
thoughts to drive permanent, powerful changes.
-
Holistic Perspective – meaning they know that any
situation or person is conditioned and impacted by more than
just what you can see in front of you. They realize, for
example, that an executive who’s facing challenges with a
specific employee, may be feeling the effects of issues at
home, with other employees or their own bosses, with
clients, with their health, or any other number of
contributing factors. The whole view or bigger picture must
be looked at to understand the context of a singular
situation.
-
Engagement – meaning focused, committed,
dedicated and enthusiastic about the task, project or goal
that they are looking to undertake or achieve. It means
being energetically committed, on all levels, to drive
forward for what you want. Research by the Gallup
Organization has proven that engagement is directly tied to
productivity, performance, innovation, and ultimately
profitability for an organization. The same is true for how
engagement impacts your personal performance and results.
-
Capacity – meaning they are constantly stretching
their capabilities and comfort levels and learning to
“exercise” and build significantly stronger abilities so
that projects and circumstances that were once stressful and
difficult, are now easy, second nature and rewarding.
