Meet Lead Trainer, Stephanie Marisca!

With a professional background in jewelry design, Stephanie Marisca knows first-hand the precise artistry and workmanship required for a stone to deliver the maximum effect, as it interacts with light. As it turns out, she found the same principle to be true when it came to fashioning her career in coaching.

“My livelihood has been such an interesting journey of following my passion wherever it led— from jewelry design to running my own catering business, before eventually entering the self-development field,” Stephanie shared. “I was the program director for  a yoga and wellness center years back when a friend remarked that I had managed to construct my own meta-physical university always hiring and surrounding myself with people I wanted to learn from.”

In 2018, Stephanie put the finishing touch in her own crown jewel of self-development when she received her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, the highest level of achievement in coaching from the International Coaching Federation.

“Throughout my life I did what I needed to do but I never really went for the prize. I didn’t earn a master’s degree or care about pursuing one. The MCC credential, I focused and worked hard to achieve because I believe so much in coaching. My commitment to attaining that credential underscored my commitment to coaching,” Stephanie said.

Stephanie attended the first iPEC training course in the Boston metro area in 2005 and says she was at the right place, at the right time, when she became a Lead Trainer—almost immediately. Today, she is a master trainer, facilitator, and mentor for New England Coaching and a Certified Transformational Presence Coach (CTPC) through Alan Seale's, Center for Transformational Presence, and a Certified Mentor Coach with Invite Change. Stephanie founded, an online coaching community that provides mentoring, professional development, and support for professional coaches. Stephanie is certified in the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment Scale and Motivational Fit, DiSC Profile, the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™, and a Master Practitioner of the iPEC Energy Leadership™ Index assessment.

“The iPEC training program allows people to see and experience life in a different way. It’s an honor and privilege to bear witness to the journey of each person that walks through the door, and hold sacred space for them to do this work.” Stephanie continued, “Coaching impacted me personally as a mother, a daughter, a sibling, and a friend. The depth of intimacy that can be created with the coaching approach to life is really remarkable.”

In Stephanie’s private coaching practice she is a life, transition, and executive coach. Often described as an idea person who’s transparent and a straight shooter, Stephanie is sought after to work with organizations and individuals as a coach, facilitator, and speaker. She also trains and mentors hundreds of coaches each year.

Stephanie Marisca is a creative at heart—watercolor painting is her favorite form of self-expression, which allows her to be completely in-the-moment. She loves to travel and especially enjoys time spent in Italy. Living near the water, Stephanie can be found walking the beach year round with her constant companion and sidekick, a 16 year old West Highland Terrier who still thinks he’s a puppy.
