Before joining the iPEC program, Claire worked for 16 years at one company. Her job was demanding, requiring her to travel and be away from her family. She knew that something needed to change. After having coffee with a friend who was about to attend iPEC’s Life & Leadership Potentials Training (LPT), Claire decided to sign up too.

After iPEC, Claire started her own coaching and consulting business for corporate leaders and wealth management executives: Magnolia Solutions, LLC. She now has a thriving career and more time to spend with the ones she loves.
