Power of Choice workshops are live 7-hour virtual training events that introduce iPEC's Energy Leadership® methodology through hands-on practice. You'll experience both sides of coaching conversations, learn practical skills you can use immediately, and explore whether deeper training is right for you—all in one day.

Each workshop is $495 per person. This includes all workshop materials, live instruction from an expert iPEC trainer, and breakout practice sessions.

No prerequisites required! These workshops are designed as introductions to iPEC's methodology. Whether you're brand new to coaching concepts or have some familiarity, you'll gain valuable insights and practical skills.

You'll need:

A computer with camera and microphone (mobile devices aren't ideal for the interactive format)
Stable internet connection
Zoom application (we'll send detailed tech instructions after registration)
A quiet space where you can participate fully for the day
