Take iPEC grad Pasquale Ferrara, Executive Director of Human Resources at Rabobank. When the company’s finance department faced employee engagement challenges, their CFO approached him for ideas. Pasquale introduced him to the ELI. What started as just one assessment turned into nearly 100 staff members taking it, from new college grads all the way up to the executive suite.
The result? "A new language around energy has taken hold around the office," Pasquale shares. "Not only are people noticing their energy levels, but they're talking about it and seeking solutions on how to raise themselves to an even more positive, energetic place."

There's research that illustrates the far-reaching impact of this work, and shows just how much of a difference these energetic shifts can make in people’s lives. iPEC's study of over 1,300 people found that those operating at higher energy levels report dramatically different life experiences: people with High Anabolic energy were 100% satisfied with their working relationships, while those stuck in High Catabolic energy reported only 13% satisfaction with their engagement at work.
