      Not exactly! This is a leadership development training that teaches foundational coaching skills. While it's not a certification program on its own, if you decide to pursue coaching certification later, this training can be applied toward iPEC's full Coach Training Program.

      No—this is instant enrollment. Simply choose your date and complete checkout. Our Admissions team will follow up with you after registration to ensure you have everything you need.

      Full attendance is required to complete the program and receive your certificate. If you're looking for a shorter format to test the methodology first, consider our Leadership Development: The Power of Choice Workshop, which delivers similar concepts in a single day.

      Both formats deliver identical content and outcomes. Choose based on your learning preferences and schedule. Virtual sessions are live and interactive, not recorded lectures.

      3 consecutive days, approximately 9am-7pm in the designated time zone (includes breaks). Plus optional pre-work (2 hours) and post-training application exercises you can complete at your own pace.

      Yes—in fact, many of our students do just that! We provide receipts and completion certificates that meet most organizational PD requirements. You'll also earn:

      • 30 hours of ICF-accredited coach training
      • 27 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification
      • 27 Credit hours toward HRCI recertification
