Release - Expansion and Leadership ReAlignment
Market Leading Coach Training School Announces Big Expansion Re-Aligns Leadership Team to Drive the Effort
SHREWSBURY, NEW JERSEY – May 11, 2016 – The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) – the market leader in coach training across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom – has announced that it is in the midst of a large expansion of services based around an extensive suite of new programs for its alumni community and ultimately the public-at-large, including a new digital media platform called LiveLeadPlay.com, Mastermind Business Alliances, and a series of immersion and partner training programs.
As part of the expansion, iPEC’s Board of Directors, led by Founder and Chairman Bruce D Schneider, has announced that effective today, Joan M. Ryan will succeed Luke Iorio as Chief Executive Officer. Ryan previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at iPEC. Iorio will now be dedicating his primary efforts to the company’s expansion. In connection with this transition, Iorio will continue to serve as President and as a member of the Board of Directors, after serving in the capacity of CEO over the last seven years.
This shift in responsibilities follows a 12-month cycle of rapid growth in the company’s coach training and certification space as both iPEC and the coaching industry continue to climb year after year.
“Throughout iPEC’s history, we’ve regularly shifted and pushed the company further, even during times of great prosperity and growth. This is the continuation of practices that have helped us be a leader in our space,” said Bruce D Schneider. “With this realignment today, we accomplish two big things critical for our strategic expansion. We place Joan Ryan, a bright rising star in this industry, at the helm of our core coach training business, which also brings us added expertise from the training and performance industry. And at the same time, we enable Luke Iorio, who was integral to our rise over the last decade, to join me and a few key team members to spearhead the growth of our new, exciting endeavors aimed at supporting not only iPEC’s expansion, but also raising visibility and credibility for the whole of our coach community as well.”
iPEC is expanding its program offerings to its alumni community as well as the public-at-large. Over the coming year, iPEC will be adding to its already highly-reputed COR.E DynamicsTM program, which provides mastery tracks within leadership, sports performance, and wellbeing. Additional immersion and mastery programs such as the Law of Being and Energy Leadership will soon be available as well. Many of these new programs will be paired with consumer-based personal and professional development programs that will attract new audiences to both iPEC and its graduate coaches.
